CROWN MILLIONS 500 CHIP BLACK CASE SET
By: Stephen Lake on 16 January 2023I made a custom order and was expecting to have to wait a lot longer for the supply of the chips and case. The delivery arrived earlier than expected, it was very well packaged and the chips are nicely weighted and have a great tactile feel. This set will be fantastic to use in home games and for board game currency where the chips will be great replacements for cardboard tokens. All up, Jack's poker over delivered and I am very happy with the purchase. I would highly recommend them.

Great Chip Set
By: Brian Easton on 29 July 2022I have 2 X 500 Millions Chip sets that I ordered with custom quantities of each denomination in order to be able to run home games of up to 24 people. People love the bright colors, weight, and feel of them. They also appreciate the marked denominations. I also ordered the Millions Dealer button and a pack of Dealer Cut cards. The site said that the All-In button triangles were out of stock, but I called them and they found one and included it at no charge! Makes for a great full poker experience!

Awesome Product and Service
By: Glenn on 27 September 2021First set of poker chips purchased for me - this set feels really nice to handle at a great price point. If there is only one thing I would like better in this purchase it would be that the case lid opened out all the way flat instead of standing upright at a 90 degree angle which may prove a little easy to damage under the right circumstances (E.g., too many syrups drunk during a game and one of the boys has a tumble lol - but then maybe at that point they shouldn't be playing poker either!). I ordered a custom set and rang JacksPoker to confirm that my specs were received which was confirmed in a very polite, non-rushed customer service interaction so kudos there as well. Delivery time was excellent considering the current circumstances with the dreaded cough cough going around and the amount of pressure that both businesses in general and AusPost must be facing with increased online ordering ... so another tick in the box there from me as well. All in all, a super product, awesome customer service and a very reasonable delivery time. JacksPoker will be getting my business again for any game related gear in future if/when required - Cheers Jacks!
