Mats are a quick fix
By: Terry on 11 January 2023Built a table with a mate many years ago and it took forever! Did the cushioned rail and felt base which was awesome. Then he had to store it … LOL. Of course it would be nice to have a real table in a man cave but reality suggests the roll up mat is a great compromise. Was a bit of a gamble as I wasn’t clear on the feel and weight of this thing. What I can report is that it’s a bit rubbery on the underside and maybe smooth polyester feel on the top side.?? Heavy enough that I’m not worried about it retaining any curly edges when it comes out of the storage bag. Cards slide nicely enough. Only criticism would be the extra wide spacing of the card outlines for community cards. Overall very happy with this option as an instant transformation from dining table to poker room!
