Ordering Information

- If you require a design to be made on your behalf, please select one of our graphic design packages, view here. Alternatively contact us with a brief and we can tailor the design quote to the work required.
- If you have designed your own artwork, please download the templates and complete with your own designer
- E-mail your completed files to contact@thejacksgroup.com.au
- Checkout and pay for your order.
Post-Order Process
- Should we require any further details or clarification on your order, we will contact you within 48 hours.
- If you have chosen one of our design packages, we aim to have designs available for you to choose from typically in 3-5 working days.
- Once artwork is approved, we will prepare a final printing proof for you to check.
- Once confirmed, your order will begin production. Please allow 21-35 days for this process to happen.
- The order will then be shipped to our warehouse for a final inspection before being sent out via AusPost to your address.

I ordered 500 custom chips with a reasonably clear design in mind. Corresponding through e-mails, I was able to put my ideas forth and was sent a first draft of my custom chips within a few days. From there on I was able to make further edits and additions until I was 100% satisfied with the finished product. I was pleased with both the level of creative control I had over my design, and the excellent customer service provided. Justin and the team at jackspoker were very quick to respond to all queries and/or design ideas and went the extra mile to ensure I was sent the product I had envisioned. Ordering ceramic chips in Australia is often both a gruelling and expensive process - those who offer customization are generally based overseas, therefore shipping and handling adds to the already high cost of the chips. My chips from jackspoker arrived early, free of shipping charges within a month of completing the initial design. The chips are of excellent quality, free of imperfections or damage. These chips are a great choice for anyone interested in customizing their poker set.
